Why layers?
A problem many people have with natural deodorant is that it only works for a couple weeks before the body gets used to it, causing the deodorant to fail at stopping odor. With Wave, we include three layers, each with a different absorbent ingredient. This way, you get three sticks in one, keeping things fresh and saving you from buying a new deodorant before your old one runs out.
What do I need to know about switching from traditional to natural deodorant?
There can be up to a two week transition period when you switch from traditional to natural deodorant due to the change in ingredients. Your body may need time to detox from the aluminum and other chemicals. However, many people do not experience this detox period and are good to go on the first use!
What happens during a detox period?
For some, you may find yourself needing to reapply more often during the first two weeks while your body removes the aluminum from traditional deodorant. After the two weeks, your body will neutralize and you can return to using your Wave deodorant as you normally would.
How long does Wave last?
Wave lasts about 24 hours. For best results, four swipes are recommended. Up, down, up, down.
Are Wave scents natural?
Yes! We use different essential oils to give our products their scents. There are no artificial or synthetic oils used.
Is Wave made with aluminum?
No! We use other absorbent ingredients such as baking soda and magnesium hydroxide to keep you smelling fresh.
When should I apply Wave deodorant?
For best results, we recommend four swipes every morning and reapplying as needed.
